Excelsior Academy is authorized under federal laws to enroll nonimmigrant alien students who are citizens of countries other than the United States.
The School is unable to provide financial aid to international students; therefore, international students must have sufficient funds to cover all living expenses, tuition, and fees while attending the School.
School dormitories are available for all students to apply. However, school dormitories only have limited spaces. School dormitories are on a first come first serve basis. Students are encouraged to apply to school dormitories as early as possible.
Students are required to maintain a minimum of 2.0 GPA in order to stay in the program. Students who receive a “D” or “F” grade of a class need to retake the class in summer.
For any reason, a student’s enrollment is terminated, or student is either voluntarily or involuntarily withdrawn from the School, international students will not be entitled to any refund.
Important: Int’l students will be required to settle $3,500USD of the space reserve fee before the I-20 can be issued. Space reservation fee is nonrefundable, except visa is denied. If the applicant’s visa was denied, the school would refund $3,000USD to the applicant after the original I-20 and other admission documents are returned to the School. No reimbursement will be made without the return of the original I-20 (within 90 days after visa is denied) and all other admission documents. Students need to bank wire the remainder tuition balance to Excelsior School within 5 days, after the F-1 visa is granted.
Providing any false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in severe consequences, including the denial of admission, withdrawal of any offers or scholarships, and potential legal action.
Students must complete a minimum of one academic year before transferring to another school, if students wish to transfer to other schools.
Tuition of a full academic year must be paid in full, prior to student’s attendance. Tuition cannot be prorated.
